And the Gods of YogaPop said, ye shall commence in a contest of yoga boo-tays. We don’t know what Janelle Monae had in mind when she penned her “Yoga” song – though we did have a few guesses – but could she have even predicted a #yogabootycontest? Who knows. All we know is that this is what happened when “Yoga” featured-singer Jidenna invited some ladies on stage for a yoga “contest.” Jidenna was performing at the Budweiser Made In America Festival in Philadelphia on Sunday (sans Monae).
There are booties…we don’t know if they’re yoga.
Via Philly.com:
It was very hot on the Tidal Stage, but Jidenna was in a full dress suit. And he brought very talented – and flexible – yoga people onstage to have a yoga “contest.”
And it was then that “yoga” became the dance move of the summer’s end.

My errant body has sentenced me to join the “twerking camp” (it’s much more cardio than yoga ever will be), so I do not approve of this.
