Singer Kelly Rowland has kept her pregnancy fairly quiet and MAYBE that’s because she’s been meditating through most of it! OK, not exactly, but she is definitely enjoying some prenatal yoga and meditation, posting this lovely me-time photo on her facebook and instagram just under a month ago.
According to Celeb Baby Watch aka People Mag, Rowland has been doing some light cardio, yoga and light weight training as her prenatal feel-good routine. Meditation is the icing on the mom-to-be cake.
Though there’s so much focus from the media on “sexy abs” and pressure for super fast post-baby slim downs, it’s nice to see some women in the spotlight can at least enjoy their pregnancy without all of that crap. Yoga is one great way to tune into your body, to get quiet, to feel the connection between you and your baby, and tell everyone else to go eff off. Congrats, Kelly!
