- Yoga practitioner Nancy is currently in the midst of a 40 Day Yoga Challenge (a la Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days to Personal Revolution program) and is simultaneously raising money to help refugees in Syria who have been displaced from the war. - Yoga folks in Detroit are pulling together what could be a new world record for the largest indoor yoga session. If practicing yoga with 3,000 other people at the Detroit Lions’ redubbed Yoga Rocks Ford Field sounds like a good time to you be sure to sign up before the big event next Saturday, February 22.
- Yoga Alliance announces its first two Yoga Scholarship winners who will receive $2,225 in need-based financial assistance for yoga teacher training. That’s two and only 176,823 more to go.
