Everyone’s favorite British pop star and Taylor Swift Ex , Harry Styles, has started practicing yoga despite his doctor’s advice to take up ballet. That rebellious rapscallion! We’re not sure why ballet would be an option for a back problem, but we’re glad the 19-year-old One Direction star took upon himself to write his own yoga prescription. If you’re not sure which one is Harry, he’s the attractive one with nice hair.
“I have a bad back and I went to see and an osteopath,” Harry explained on the on The Jonathan Ross Show. “He told me to do ballet. But I didn’t. I’m doing yoga instead.”
Styles is having back pain because one of his legs is half an inch longer than the other, not because he’s carrying a world full of teenage adoration on his shoulders.

Well if you’re going to choose yoga over ballet, at least lower your shoulders in namaskarasana. Just don’t do yoga because it’s cool.
