Happy independence, yogadorks! What does it take for you to feel free? Self-acceptance? Body-positivity? The court ruling that it’s ok for kids to practice yoga in school? Booty shaking to your favorite dance jam? This past week or so had us in the grips of suspense over a few different liberties spanning matters of marriage, choice, faith, love and the pursuit of yoga and happiness.
We’re grateful for our freedom to choose to yoga, thereby choosing to be the change we wish to see in the world, starting with ourselves. And declaring cannon ball-asana an official pose in the made up style of swimming pool yoga, because we can dammit.
We live for the little victories, and this week had some big ones.
