TWIY: When WWE Dudes, College Basketball Teams and 91-Year-Old Women Do Yoga

Season’s greenings yogi brethren and sisters! We hope you enjoyed a bit o’ luck this weekend whether you’re Irish or just leprechaun-friendly. Good for you if you celebrated. We know the feeling. We were reporting from Austin, TX last week where we met some awesome yogadorks and beers at SXSW. When in Austin. Thanks to those of you who made it out to our “come as you are” nerdy yoga class, meaning jeans and ugly gray convention room carpet and all. We can’t wait to see you again next year. It was fun! So much fun our laptop decided to stay a few extra days. Tip: If you ever need extra practice in non-attachment, especially in this 24/7 connected tech age, accidentally lock your laptop inside your friend’s house on your way to the airport. Works like a charm!

It’s almost spring and we’re almost going to wither without sunshine if it doesn’t come soon! At least it’s always sunny in sun salutationville.
