And now here’s Kourtney Kardashian talking up prenatal yoga.
Because what’s a week without Kardashian news! Kidding. While most of us may know her as Kim’s sister, while the rest of us don’t know her at all, Kourtney Kardashian is indeed a reality TV personality (Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney and Kim) and she is indeed pregnant. Also, she is a prenatal yoga momma! Which is good, because prenatal yoga helps reduce depression in pregnant moms, and nobody likes a depressed reality TV mommy, right Snooki?
This E! produced clip is one of her mommy blogs, we assume from when she was pregnant with her second child Penelope, born in July. Whatever you think about her sisters (and the state of today’s television entertainment?), we think this is pretty cool. And a helluva lot better than Kim’s bare-bottomed TV yoga debut.

I love me some yoga! I really enjoyed yoga at the end of my pregnancy. It truly helped to calm me and allow me to focus on staying grounded before giving birth.
I strongly recommend doing some prenatal yoga at the end of pregnancy when preparing to bring new life into your home. It helped me focus on eating right and getting my head in the right space.
I also started doing some yoga after giving birth as well to help heal my body.
