Happy September! Not only does the ninth month on the calendar mean back to school and shorter days, it’s National Yoga Month! What does that mean? According to the Yoga Health Foundation it means a week of free classes for newbie students and Luna Bar sponsored events throughout the month in your nearby studios (and yes free luna bars). Plus Daily Dharma (inspirational quote/article/video/sponsored deals) hosted on Yoga Month’s facebook and twitter each day of the month.
It also means we’ll be revving up #365Yoga once again to check in with your practice, or to help you get started. So stay tuned for more posts, giveaways, deals and new installments of YogaDork Ed to fill your back to school yogaing noggin. Pack your lunches, yogadorks, we’re going on a month-long journey of yogic proportions.
