YogaDork Halloween Contest! Dress Up, Yoga, Win Fun Stuff

in Giveaways!, YD News

Boo! It’s almost Halloween, are you dressing up? Get your cameras ready because this year YD is joining in on the treats for tricks fun. It’s a YogaDork Halloween Costume Contest! (above, zombies doing yoga. below, Bikram doing Bikram)

Inspired by the hilarious post from YD pal Shanna, Yoga Inspired Halloween Costumes, we thought it’d be a howl to see what all the yogadorks can come up with. But YD, does my costume have to be yoga-related? Nope! So how do I play along? Well, all you need is a costume (any will do), a camera and your awesomely spoooky asana skills. No levitating necessary!

TO ENTER: Snap a pic of yourself doing yoga in your costume and submit to YD either via email – yogadork(at)gmail.com, post to the YogaDork facebook wall, post to your own facebook page and tag YogaDork, or you can tweet and @reply us! However you do it, make sure we see it, and make sure it’s a photo you wouldn’t mind being republished in the YogaDork gallery!

WIN: First prize is an eKO SuperLite® Travel Mat Courtesy of Manduka and a $50 gift card to Drishti Yoga’s Online Shop! More fun prizes to be announced!

Terms: Please submit one photo per person. Deadline is end of day Monday, Nov 1. Submissions will then be up for vote by the yogadork community.* Have fun, be clever and be safe!

*depending on number of submissions the YD judges may need to make first cut for voting purposes.
