“Love your soul.”
“Be proud of who you are” Good advice for almost everyone. We tend to have trouble recognizing our own accomplishments.
Know your own truth
An exceptional friend of mine once sent me this:
The friend who is a helpmate,
the friend in happiness and woe,
the friend who gives good counsel,
the friend who sympathizes too —
these four as friends the wise behold
and cherish them devotedly
as does a mother her own child.

One can do yoga without the poses and likewise do the poses without the yoga. It’s not touching your toes that’s special, it’s the way in which you do it.
Life is what you make it, not what is made for you.
“Hug the back of your heart with your shoulder blades!” – I got this from a yogadownload.com podcast class, and it has become a personal mantra. I like how it encourages you to stand tall and open yourself up to the world while giving yourself a secret embrace at the same time. 🙂
Laugh everyday, smile at everyone you see, and go upside down to see the world in a different way!
“Recognise that the other person is you.”
“Happiness is taking things as they are.”
Breathe. Smile. Shine.
I drink a lot of Peppermint so it makes sense that my quote is from my latest box of Yogi Tea…”The total rythym of life is achieved when you experience your own body , your own mind, and your own soul” Yogi Bhajan—–something I need to work on!
I love the quotes!
“A relaxed mind is a creative mind.”
“Life must be lived forwards, but can only be understood backwards.”
This too shall pass. Breathe. Savor the moment. Be receptive to the grace of God.
If you are cold, tea will warm you. If you are too heated, it will cool you. If you are depressed, it will cheer you. If you are excited, it will calm you. ~Gladstone, 1865
Know your own truth!
I am breathing. My heart is beating. God is speaking. All is well.
I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence, but it comes from within. It is there all the time
Let the light that is your soul shine through your eyes.
“Keep up.”
(May Canadians enter?)
“You can’t change the direction of the wind, but you can adjust your sails to always reach your destination.”
-said by someone very wise, I just don’t know who…
“The person who loves you should love you almost more than they love themselves.” – My Great Aunt Mimi
“We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”
I love Yogi Tea! Yogi Tea soothes and warms the inside of the body as does yoga. It is the perfect companion to a daily practice.
Love yourself so you can love others.
Love yourself today and everyday.
my favorite yogi tea (echinacea immune support) says:
live from your heart, you will be most effective.
I work in social services and one of my favorite Yogi Tea (i’m partial to Chai Redbush) quotes is “live for each other”.
As we continue in this time of national struggle it is important to remember that we must come together as a country and lead lives that help benefit the greater good. I love the thought so much I taped it to the side of my computer and mediate on it whenever I have a tough client or tough situation.
“The beauty in life is to experience yourself”
Be yourself and you will win a hole life of joy!
Peach Detox is one of my favorite ways to start my day! I love today’s wisdom:
“Whatever you are doing is the most beautiful thing.”
Water the garden of your life with the nectar of your breath.
I’ve tweeted! Great tag on my joint comfort on my Twitter.
Would love to get those Skin DeTox’s included in that box, I’ve been wanting it for awhile now! For some reason it’s not up on Amazon yet.
a deep breath can cure what ails you
Tea is the best way to transition from home to work.
Life is full of hidden blessings.
Something I try to work on every day is being CALM so I love the Yogi Tea tag that says, “To be calm is the highest achievement of the self.” … I wrote about it on my little blog:
http://farmhausmodern.blogspot.com/2009/01/more-tea-time-wisdom.html
The central message of Yoga is that just being alive contains infinite and unlimited wonder (and meaning) all by itself, regardless of what else is happening in your life.
“By listening you comfort another person.” -tea tag from Yogi’s Super Antioxidant Green Tea
“Your greatness is not what you have, it’s what you give.”
I wake up every day and ask myself “what can I do to make someone happy today?”. I greet everyone with a warm smile and genuine “Hello, how are you today?”. If someone’s having a bad day, I listen. If there’s anything that I can do to make their day better, I do it. The small gifts that I can give to others bring peace to my soul.
Yogi Teas calm my world and bring me joy. Today is my birthday. A cup of Relaxed Mind while watching the sun rise was my gift to myself.
Namaste
Live for today. The moment is everything!
Love everyone. It’s so simple yet so complicated. Do it anyway.
More love, less hate!
Live for today. The moment is everything
Recognize that you are the truth.
The power of prayer extends happiness
Be still…. And know I am god.
Dr. Seuss was quite wise…
“Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”
Love, love, love your teas!
truth is everlasting.
it was on my bedtime tea last night…there is nothing better than reading a few words of inspiration before i drift off 😉
Something that took me a very long time to learn. Once I did, my soul’s burden was lightened.
Your heart is lifted when you offer forgiveness. Forgive others and forgive yourself often … it purifies the soul.
My wife and I enjoy your teas daily. Thank You for being stellar in more ways than one.
