Eh this is kinda old (July, that was like eons ago) but it’s Monday is it not? What’s a little sugary sweet yoga pop?
People mag says Lady Gisele Bünchen is a fan of the yog, a friend of a Friend if you will, even while preggers:
“She tries to do some yoga each day,” says instructor Amy Lombardo, who practices Anusara yoga (an intense flowing form) with the supermodel. “She normally does an hour in the morning. It’s a great way to wake up your body and start the day on the right note.”
There’s also a routine of lunges, tricep push-ups and core work with Ms. supermodel, which sounds pretty healthy if not rigorous for a momma-to-be.
Go on with your prenatal yoga, just mind the bün-dchen in the oven! ah cha cha. Oh, it’s only Monday, we’re just warming up.
You know, I’m having a bad week (and it’s only Tuesday!), am behind on everyone, but took the time to read this. Whilst I don’t really care what Mrs. Brady is doing (I did prenatal yoga everyday, too), your pun at the end had me in stitches. I’m an absolute slave to puns, the worse, the better. This made my day. 🙂
