“She tries to do some yoga each day,” says instructor Amy Lombardo, who practices Anusara yoga (an intense flowing form) with the supermodel. “She normally does an hour in the morning. It’s a great way to wake up your body and start the day on the right note.”
There’s also a routine of lunges, tricep push-ups and core work with Ms. supermodel, which sounds pretty healthy if not rigorous for a momma-to-be.
