The Original YogaDork Holiday Yogini Martini™
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 4 ounces vanilla chai concentrate, such as Oregon Chai. Or brew your own for reduced sugar version.
- 1 ounce heavy cream/soymilk/silknog
- 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum, such as Captain Morgan
Directions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the chai, cream and rum.
- Cover and shake vigorously until combined and chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with powdered cinnamon or stick and brown sugar.
Don’t like rum? Try vanilla vodka instead. This can also be served deliciously hot with a little dollop of whipped cream. Yummm.
