Part 2 of the Watery Debate is up if you’re interested. Once again, the leading non-scientist Marketing Director weighs in to warn us of the dangers in dehydration. The rule of the day is drink a 1/2 oz for every pound you weigh, that’s 65oz for someone weighing 130lbs. Oh and then there’s the scary threat of water poisoning from drinking too much and flushing electrolytes, which really only supremely active athletes need worry about. So should you drink during yoga? It’s still up in the air. Our take is go with your gut, but err on the side of holding out til after class and you’ll find out it maybe it was just a vice. Anyway, listen to your bah-dayy. Now go buy her watt-ahh already.
